The very first day that I met attorney Andrew of the firm i Car Accident Lawyer I just knew that he was the lawyer for my motorcycle accident case in Santa Clarita. Very happy that I found their number while doing a search on the internet. After viewing multiple websites, as well as, their own, I chose them because of the ratings I had found. The receptionist was friendly, quick and professional, and I was quickly connected to a free consultation with an Attorney. Andrew was very helpful as we reviewed all of the facts from my accident from a month and a half ago. He presented multiple options on how to proceed from where I was in the process and discussed several options in depth. He listened to my concerns, and we came to an agreement to retain his firm, as well as discussing the next step in the process. He advised me that their investigator would contact shortly after our conversation, and gave me a direct number in case I needed to contact him at any time.
The Investigator Eric contacted very quickly and set up an appointment to come to me two days later. He was very professional and advised me of much of the information he would need for the interview, as well as the expected length. He contacted me the day before, as he might be late, as well as the morning of the interview, to let me know when he would arrive. Eric was courteous and professional as he requested each piece of information. He carefully reviewed the required information, and then the contract for retaining the Attorney. He thanked me for my time, and carefully answered any questions I had, or referred me to the Attorney, who would personally handle the rest of my case.
