I would give this law group minus score if I can. They just want easy money but never care about clients' situation. I got rear ended and they just requested me to make appointments with their friends' doctors. After first talk with Chi Zhang, I was never able to talk to him. The assistant Karmen Yu's attitude was also very bad. If you care about yourself when you unluckily met car accident, Never Never Never contact this law group!

I had a really bad experience with Chi Zhang and his assistant Karmen Yu. They only care about big accident. I got rear ended at end of 2019 and contacted them due to good comments. Once after first talk with Chi Zhang, I was requested to contact 3 different doctors which are their friends. After seeing that the other party refuses to admit their fault which was rear end, they immediately sent me disengagement letter without any communicating with me. It seems they just want easy money by pushing the client to have appointments with their arranged doctors. Also in the first disengagement letter, they messed up the date. After sending hint, Karmen Yu the assistant even did not sent any apology. Being their client is really bad experience. I would rather give 0 star if I can.
