I absolutely love my apartment! It is a spacious and more importantly... extremely quiet. The staff is exceptional! And the amenities are second to none! I have made new friends here too. There is a phenomenal sense of security here. And pet-friendly! You are minutes away from Ambassador Caffery where you have unlimited shopping and restaurant choices. I would highly recommend The Highlands of Grand Pointe!

This is an awesome place to live! After looking at numerous other Apartment Homes in the area, I'm very happy I chose to live at The Highlands at Grand Pointe! It's very quiet, the grounds, common areas, and buildings are kept up extremely well, and the attached garages are a bonus!
All of the Office Staff, including the Maintenance Crew, are extremely friendly and helpful, they treat you like family!

We have been living here for a year and a half, we absolutely love it. Hubby and I moved here to be closer to our grand baby thinking we would purchase a home after being here for a year ,to feel out the area see what area we wanted to be in. Well after living here my husband says he will never buy again!!! Absolutely love everything about this place. After all the hurricanes we had this year, we had no worries, just came home, swept off our balcony and done!!! We are not going anywhere!!!! Management team and maintenance team are Awesome, couldn't ask for better!!!

The manager and her team are great. Very pleasant. The most important thing to me is, they always ask. How things are in your apartment and if there is anything they can do to make it better? Please send us a email or call us. They are a good team. Oh! Who ever made the Tacos on Tuesday.. They were delicious.

Great apartments for the price. Love love love the attached garage. Quiet. Great neighbors/community. Salt water pool is enjoyable, but can get crowded at times. Maintenance staff is pretty much on point. Great area to walk around with my dogs.
