My wife and I needed to update and make some revisions to our existing trust. With his thorough knowledge of trust law, Klaus presented various options, clearly describing the pro’s and con’s of each. We then selected a direction in which to proceed and were provided rough drafts by email. After studying the draft we decided to go with one of the other options he had presented. The clear and lucid explanation of his original presentation gave us the confidence that we understood all the options well enough to change direction. Klaus was very flexible and had no issues revising the trust draft to suit our needs.
