My family had a terrible experience with him. It took years to settle my grandma's small, simple estate. Working with Mr Smalls created so much extra stress. We had a hard time reaching him, and once a message was left it could take months for him to respond. His answers were disappointing, vague and left us with no confidence. Even when it was done, after we had already paid him multiple times, we got another huge bill months after the estate was settled and the money was distributed. Seriously, the worst experience. We do NOT recommend him.
