My husband and I stopped here to grab a quick bite since we had come from a long drive and have the smart pay card. The shelves with cold prepared food were nearly empty, leaving little to no options. As I walked around for a bit longer, I saw a sign that I included down below, and asked the female employee working if she could help me prepare something. She said that she couldn’t since she was the only one working. There was nobody else in there at the time and it was very slow for the past 10 minutes we were in there. She eventually agreed to refusing to do so and had immense attitude despite us being very friendly with her. So no, I don’t think she was “glad to prepare any of their items” like the sign said. I don’t typically write reviews, however she was very bitter. This happened today 7/28/25 around 4:30 PM.

7-30-25. What’s happening here to my favorite Cumby‘s? In the last year, it has slowly degraded and gotten very dirty, inside and out. There’s never any water or squeegees even in the windshield washing canisters. The gas pumps look like they haven’t been cleaned in a year if ever! As well as the gas receipts no matter what Computer go to is always out of paper. Inside the bathrooms are generally very unclean, which could be due to the large amount of homeless folks nearby or management is just overwhelmed or incompetent. The staff is still very friendly and polite but for a fairly new store this one is going downhill fast.

Filled up my tank and went in for some drinks on our family trip. I'm not sure what it is in this area but everyone seems to be in a bad mood around here. Upon entering for the drinks the cashier was annoyed he had to stop what he was doing to ring up the drinks.

Cumbies is great all around. The staff are friendly and helpful. The gas has never been bad and is at a competitive price, especially if you are a member of Smartpay (10¢ off per gallon of gas plus % off and free items in store. The food is very good, both hot and cold. There is a huge selection of drinks and superb coffee.

Just be aware as of this date this is not a 24/7 location.
There seems to be no form of supervisory management because the customer service is what the employees dictate. This location also runs out of gas often and the pump card readers breakdown a lot forcing you to pay cash prices.

I go here at least three to four times every week in the morning to get gas and most of the time to get breakfast including Red Bull donuts and sometimes lunch items. I do feel while most employees are busy working that they need to pay attention to when they are more than a few customers in line. The pace is a little slow.

Great selection of donuts and like that they orifice new items once in awhile. There's only so much donuts and fritter I can consume. So thank you for changing it up 😀

1. This store is usually pretty NASTY. GROSS.
2. The coffee station is poorly stocked, the coffee cream dispenser squirts on your jacket.
3. Not enough staff; they use to have employees but not anymore.
4. The parking lot and pumps is a logistical nightmare.
5. 70% of the customers are on the outer edges of society and will flip you off for driving by their 1997 GMC Jimmy.
