I would not recommend this place for storage. When I moved into one of the units, there was a homeless woman residing in said unit. I had to wait 3 days to move in as this was being resolved. On July 28 all rent was paid to current and attempts to empty smaller unit were made to no avail as they (Judith and April) refused to unlock unit or acknowledge (return receipt) email and messages. Emptied 1 of said units before September rent was due (they have me living at a lot and not a storage, even tho Ive never resided here, now happened twice) and now being added late fees for an empty unit. Still unable to empty smaller unit as they never removed lock when paid on July 28. They refuse to give me owner information since tranfer of ownership and given empty links for contact. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Their isn't even a light outside the units in question (safety concern).

I worked closely with management for 2 months to get the trailer fixed to my liking! They fixed everything I asked and worked greatly with my schedule. I have been moved in for about 2 weeks and it's great! I own my home, no trouble with management, and my kids are able to play outside with no issues! Neighbors are so nice and welcoming, we are happy here!

I had i lower rating earlier.I met the owner. He seems like a straight forward guy who means well. They change management allot. The new manager Judy is a nice lady that means well. Most of the people that live here are nice. Not alot of parking lots of fairground noise. But overall for the price it's pretty nice

My husband and I have lived here for 2 1/2 years. We have very nice neighbors. There are several children in the park and kids will be kids, but we have had no trouble with any of them. The highlight of my day is watching the kids wait for the bus! Donna and Jack have been nothing but professional in all of our dealings. I have lived in other trailer parks in the county and this one is a nice place to live.

I've lived here for over a year. Donna and Jack are the management and are some of the best Kind of people. They take pride in keeping the park clean and keeping out all the riff raft which gives us all a safe place to live and raise our children. It's a very nice, quiet place to live and I would recommend it to good people looking for just that.

Town & Country has been very good to me for the past going on two years. I run the hair salon outside of the park Eileens Hair Studio and they have been nothing but kind to me highly recommend this place! ❤️

Only lived here since June and can't say anything but good things about Donna and Jack. Super friendly folks and always ready to help if a problem arises or you you just want to visit. Also the park is quiet and well maintained so all in all I am very satisfied living here.

Not a good place to live, the people running the park pick and choose who they are going to harass, my daughter is constantly getting harassed. This lady is still harassing my daughter.
