Recently drove from Monroe to Hammond to purchase our 2023 Suburban Premier at this dealership because their asking price was the most competitive and fair within 200 miles of Monroe. The sales experience was incredibly smooth. Caleb Luquette was responsive, informative, and helped eliminate all barriers to make the transaction happen the same day I initially reached out to the dealership. Caleb and the finance manager, Adam, weren't pushy with any of the add-ons and they were able to beat the financing rates offered by our local credit union. Do not buy from them they are shady company we bought a jeep 2025 6 months ago had to bring in was having issues with the display already on 6 months old and had a slow leak thought it was covered from bumper or bumper and no tires need another insurance will the Finance guy never told us about that how convenient I will not buy anything from them again and I have the jeep for sale don’t waste your time there

I have purchased two vehicles from Jordan! In my lifetime I have purchased about 10 cars and he is by far the best salesman I have ever met. If I owned a business in this field I would absolutely try to steal him to work for me. Every time I purchase a vehicle he makes sure to go over the vehicle in detail and answer every question I have no matter how long it takes. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the vehicles he is responsible for selling. He takes the initiative to get my SUV registered with Cadillac and GMC while I’m doing my paperwork making everything so smooth! I honestly would not purchase from anywhere else and where he goes I will go! We have had very little interaction with this dealership, however our one experience has been terrible. The engine in our 2021 Escalade died and we were told it would need to be replaced under our warranty. Kassidy in service said that a vehicle had been set aside for us to use while the vehicle was being repaired. We decided to see if it would be in our interest to trade in the vehicle for a new one. Upon talking to Seth, the GM, we decided that we would just move forward with the repair and forgo a trade. We were in luck, because according to Scott, the service manager, Ross Downing was the only dealership that had this engine in stock, because they anticipated the issue with this 6.2L 8 engine. This happened on Friday, and on Monday morning on the way to pick up loaner vehicle, we received a call from Scott saying that he is being told they are refusing to work on our car and we needed to have it towed somewhere else for service. We have filed a complaint with Cadillac, and am dumbfounded by the arrogance of the General Manager. Scott and Kassidy in service were both great, and at least had the decency to return our calls. The GM is clearly not doing whats best for the brand, but what is best for his ego.
