My wife and I were in a bit of a pickle with a flag that Marion County had placed on our property for a subdivision that had occurred prior to our purchase and before some of the property laws had changed. We had exhausted the options that we had available to us and called several real estate attorney's offices looking for guidance. Klein & Klein was one of two that returned our call and was the only office that gave support.

On the surface we felt like our issue could be resolved readily but it required going down some rabbit holes to get the county on board, and to ultimately get the issue corrected.

Special "Thanks" to Austin. Every bit the professional and an expert at his craft. He was patient, understood the issue, and was willing to assist. Definitely saved us a bunch of heartache and it was a huge burden lifted. Thanks Klein & Klein. I would highly recommend this practice.
