Really great staff. Everyone I’ve met from my in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and inspections has always been professional, knowledgeable & courteous. It is so much easier to reach them and get information than other jurisdictions in the Bay Area. If in doubt about your project, just walk in to the their office & they’ll help steer you in the right direction!

We submitted our plans for a very small project 4 weeks ago. I have followed up via email and phone calls just for an update. I never pushed or was seeking them to work fast. We just wanted to know that our submittal wasn't lost. The office is currently closed to in person visits. I have yet to receive any response to my month of trying to get confirmation that they have everything. A month and not even an email.
