Working with Brian was a breeze. He is very responsive and you communicate with him directly which was a huge bonus. He helped me with my estate planning and living trust. I found him through my employer’s legal plan (Met Life) and he was outstanding and very thorough. He was also very clear and precise about my financial responsibility for his services not covered by my legal plan. I didn’t realize that along with estate planning you would also do a power of attorney and advanced health care directive, which I’ve been planning to do for the longest time but haven’t gotten around to it. Now that this process is complete (which was a total of about 3-4 weeks turnaround time- super fast!), I feel at peace knowing that my family will be taken care of and that my wishes are clearly outlined in these documents. My wife and I used Brian Quall's firm for Trust and Estate planning. Having helped recently with another family member who needed similar planning, we learned how important it is to have an attorney who pays attention to details (and what happens when they don't!). I also know the frustration of having lawyers who take their sweet time responding to queries, give confusing answers, repeatedly make mistakes, etc. Brian was the exact opposite of all that. He laid out the plan and process clearly and concisely from Day One; he told us what *we* needed to do to ensure the Trust/Estate documents would be to our satisfaction; he promised milestones on a specific timeline and always met (or exceeded) them; he never took more than 2-3 hours to respond to our queries; he utilized an efficient online system for uploading and downloading documents, making inquiries, posting responses, etc. You could say he was just delivering what he promised, but not everyone in his profession does it with the same ease, efficiency, timeliness, etc. Even by the harshest assessment, we cannot point to a single deficiency in Brian's service and we recommend him highly.

We are very happy with the experience and service that we received from Brian Qualls when he helped us create a trust and other estate documents. The website is excellent and really does a good job explaining how and why you may want to set up a trust, and why you need things such as a healthcare directive, power of attorney, etc. Brian communicates well through his portal/email, and breaks things down into simple understandable steps. When we met Brian in person to sign our documents, he was very organized and detail oriented. He also spent a lot of time with us answering questions and making sure we understood what we were signing. Our documents were quickly filed and sent to us in an organized binder, and are also stored for us in the portal. Brian made us feel confident in the process, and we recommend him!
