Easy and convenient. If you are polite they are polite! Just transferred a car today. Took minutes, price was fair and lower than others in the area.

Needed a notary on a Saturday for transfer of a private vehicle. First choice was full of excuses and wrong information. Second choice never called back after saying her friend would do it. Drove to A&M and was treated to a smooth, painless transaction. Office had all the latest equipment and pertinent, correct, info., fees etc. Was in and out of there in 15 minutes for a reasonable fee. Recommend highly!

This woman charged us for a title that got rejected 3 times from hbg. She knew it was rejected for months and never called to tell us. Then when we called her, she basically said it wasn't her problem. She got her money.,.she doesn't care. Didn't even want to be bothered to try and help figure out what the problem was.

I called in to ask about some of their services the lady on the phone was rude and seamed annoyed that I was asking questions. she also told me that they were open until 7pm that day and when I drove 20 minutes to get there i arrived at 5:45 they were already closed. poor customer service thanks for wasting my time and gas. I wouldn't use their services or recommend them to anyone.
