I met with him involving my business audit. He calmed me down and I realized I was worrying more than I should.

I paid for my visit and left. The next day he calls and leaves a message saying he double checked with other attorneys reiterating what we concluded at our meeting. He says he can take my case for around $3,000. I decline and move forward on my own.

3 weeks later I get a $250 bill for the phone calls he decided to make, as well as my audit re-opening.

Incredibly shady and unprofessional.
