Recently gained auto insurance through them and the phone call was one of the most professional conversations I've had dealing with this topic. And when a problem arose that week, customer service was on point and gave all the information I needed. Also provided paperwork when asked. Quick service, detailed explanations, and had an answer for everything. Over five years with geico and I was never treated this nice. I wish I took down both of the ladies names because they deserve to be recognized for their service.

I tried contacting AAA regarding an insurance policy . I was transferred 5 times and was on hold for 45 minutes. All representatives were rude especially the male receptionist at the Branford location.

I almost didn't want to write this review because I don't want AAA to get more crowded. My experience renewing my driver's license was excellent. The line moved quickly. The staff was friendly while efficient. Unlike my last experience at DMV, they smiled and acted like they were happy to help. They didn't talk too much holding up the line, but were just nice enough to make it pleasant.

For this trip here, I got my license renewed, and it was very smoothly, like everything else I've done here. I've gotten passport photos done here, gone w/my spouse to renew his license here, gotten vacation info, and more and every time it has been pleasant. I have not talked to 1 employee that I didn't like, everyone is always kind and helpful.

This is a one stop shop 4 many things like passport pictures, Foreign Currency exchange, auto insurance, auto loans & maps 2 plan a road trip. I needed 2 get documents notarized two days in row 4 different things. Gr8 place. I highly recommend.
