I have to say, this has been one of the most wonderful experiences I've ever had. For one, the gentleman who work here are very down-to-earth well spoken and personable individuals. The test that was done here was much more comprehensive and thorough then MD Now who charge about $50 more for less service and dismissive staff. I was blown away by the customer service.

Most locations you go to in West Palm Beach have a very rude attitude like they don't need your business you don't get that at all at this location you feel like part of the family. This is very rare in Palm Beach that you going to a place for a service and have a great time while there. The service here was fast fun and friendly. If this message leads you to that establishment, please do them right by making additional reviews about this awesome location.

This place is an absolute JOKE! I called several times before hand, only to be cut off or forwarded to a voice recording. I checked the website, and saw “NO MORE WAITING ON LINE AT THE DOCTORS”. I pull up and was immediately approached by a guy who tells me I can’t bring my child in with me to be tested, then directs me to park in the back of the building. Good thing I brought my partner with me, because god forbid a busy mother has to bring her child with her to get tested for Covid-19 being daycares are closed during this time. I walk up, get in line (6ft apart). He then starts screaming at everyone to stop blocking the doors because his landlord was giving him a hard time about the line of people he had coming out of his office. I asked him if we could make an appointment, he said no appointments. He proceeded to scream at everyone to get back in their cars and wait their turn. Please tell me, how anyone would know when it’s their turn when he directed everyone to park in the back of the building?! This man, who was clearly the one on the voice recording when you call, has no regard for anyone’s well being or TIME, which they seem to care so much about on their website.There is absolutely NO order, no professionalism, and honestly I don’t trust the fact that he’s the only place around here giving same day results. Seems like a lot of BS to me!! Never going back. Do not recommend.
