This company floored us. I have never in my life seen or heard of a kind hearted, honest attorney! This guy blows the old attorney jokes right off the map!

We had an unusual thing happen to us. The vehicle insurance company we had got mixed up and gave this attorney the wrong information in writing. This attorney did a just job and after it was done he filed to collect his part for his company's work, and our vehicle insurance company reneged on the letter and stated there was no compensation for their work.

This attorney's office had three choices. They could pass their wage debt to me and the two 19 year olds with me that day, bill for partial compensation which would have been just or write it off and still pay their employees.

When informed what was going on we totally panicked. As most people know, the attorney field proceeds itself badly in MULTIPLE ways. I am low, fixed income and the young adults had little and no income. The attorney fees would be higher than anything we got back which was not much after the young adult at fault with minimum insurance was divided thinly for the driver caused a 5 car pile up at a stop light. I would have to choose between utilities and food or paying them and the adult kids, well, there simply would be no way.

A few months passed and they continued to work to finish out even under these circumstances! We expected them to pull out, pull partial payment or take everything and/or bill us for the rest, but the attorney's office told all of us we would be receiving our full amount that was allotted to us (after medical was paid). Re medical: they provided full transparency that was appreciated and correct.

But wait, there is more! 5* stars x pi.

Not only did our attorney stand behind his company's word when our vehicle insurance didn't to them.... when we received our checks, included was a $100.00 gift card for each adult in the vehicle to a variety of restaurants. This floored us! These guys performed a service in a crazy expensive field for a total loss and then gifted our vehicle $300 on top of that?!?!?! It might be pennies to the higher class, but that is huge as a week of groceries per person to us.

Eternally speechless and thankful! At almost 50 years of age I accidentally found (much less heard of) a forever attorney with a huge heart; Truly a diamond in the rough.
