Rod is the kindest and finest lawyer in Tell City and Perry County. . He is right on top of any issue that mat occur. I'd trust him with my life. Not only is exceptional, I'd place my life in his capable and fair hands! I'm grateful for hi stairs and reasonable service!

Stay VERY far away. Took our money and did NOTHING. wouldn’t reply to any phone calls or emails. Stopped by several times in person was always told they were unavailable. He had the gall to yell at me in his office after 6 months of taking my money and doing nothing. Absolute trash.

Do not waste your time with this guy. I have never met such an unprofessional attorney in my life. He met with us to discuss our options. I talked to him later saying that we would like to proceed and scheduled a meeting. He did not show up and has not returned any of my phone calls since. I hope he enjoys that $50 for the initial meeting as that is all he will ever get from me. Save yourself the trouble and hire a reputable attorney.

We lost my boyfriends Mamaw 2-16-21. SEVERAL attornies were called and asked to file the correct paperwork to have his Uncle released from county jail so he could attend. We called Attorney Acchiardo 2-23-21 with her viewing being the following day and he was very quick and on top of helping getting him released so he was able to attend. There are not enough thank yous to show the families appreciation. But from the bottom of our hearts, Thank you so so much.
