They declined to represent me because I didn’t give them money right away. Times are hard and I have had to take a second job in order to make ends meet. Having them work my expungement would have put me in a better position to find a higher paying job. Emailing me to tell me that they refuse to represent me (because I hadn’t paid) seemed redundant since I hadn’t given them any money anyways. I do wonder how they keep clients. So much for the “religious” tone in their contracts, I’m certain that Jesus would have just waited for me to get the money. 😒

Just like the lady down there said, if your main concern is your children and not money do NOT go with this firm. I was a stay at home mom and was left with nothing after the split and have had to rebuild my whole life but since I couldn’t provide them with 4,000-5,000 up front after already investing thousands he refused to represent me properly. I ended up with none of the material possessions and the short end of the deal on custody of my children that I raised full time by myself for 3 years.

-5 Stars. I Gave Adler more than enough Evidence to give the judge to win my case but I was told it was irrelevant. So not introducing that that I lost everything I worked for. I should have changed counsel and I regret I didn’t do that. Stay away from Mr Adler.

I would give zero stars if possible. Very unprofessional legal representation. Hired Zeck Yoder after a lengthy meeting. We understood that Seth would appear in court for the first hearing, but there was a second hearing and they sent in an inexperienced young woman who flopped the case. She was totally unprepared and it cost us to lose the case. I DO NOT recommend this law firm. Bait and switch is what we got for our $3,000. Run away from Adler Attorneys! Find someone else.

Never have used them professionally, but the encounter I had with Mr. Adler this morning made it so I will never use him if needed. Located in downtown Noblesville, where many residents have dogs for pets, he has put up signs stating no pets on landscaping. This morning he actually came out and yelled at me to get my dog off his property (where there was no sign present). Not very friendly at all. Quite the opposite, very rude. Disappointing. Not a kind neighbor of downtown apparently.
