I’ve been their customer for years and I called inquiring about finding less expensive insurance 3 weeks ago, made a follow up phone call still no call back. Today I called them and explained this to them and all he said was HMMm, I said is that all you can say”is hmm”!! Terrible I referred people to them my daughters used them and that is how they treat a customer of 10 years!!! I won’t be their customer anymore.

I came here after calling another place. The other place was very rude with a much longer turn around time for getting my title in my name. Came here, they were extremely nice and informative without making me feel stupid when I asked questions, as this is my 1st rodeo. Not only were they professional and kind, the turn around time was 8-10 weeks faster! Don't waste time anywhere else, come here.

I have used this agency twice. My first visit was to change the name on my car title after getting married. No issues. However on my second visit to change the name on my license I was very disappointed. After assuring me they could complete the change (and after taking my money + their $27 convenience fee), I received a call that they could no longer change names due to Real ID. No problem. The issue I have is that they kept the majority of their fee! You didn’t complete the service, why do you get to keep a “convenience” fee? I now need to go to the DMV and pay again- not really convenient. Overall frustrating experience and will not be going back.

I had some car title issues after paying off my leased car. AAA was not able to help me (I visited their offices a few times) and the problem went on for several months. The fantastic folks (Amy and Susan) at Agency by the Mall were able to help me clear up my problems quickly and easily. I should have gone to them in the first place. They are amazing! I will be using them for all of my title/tag/PennDOT needs in the future.
