It's scary trying to find an attorney without a referral, so I was a little apprehensive, but Daniel's website said that he specialized in bad faith insurance claims and I wanted someone who had experience.
At our initial meeting, he was upfront with the process and timeline of these types of cases, so I was expecting that it could drag out for a couple years or longer. Fast responses, clear and open communication, and even though his office personnel are awesome and helpful, I really appreciated that HE spoke to me HIMSELF on plenty of calls that would have been passed down the chain at another firm. It was a work injury, and he dealt with the insurance company completely. All I did was schedule and show up to my doctor's appointments, Aizenman Law did literally everything else till I got my settlement.
