.We are a military family and lived out of state. We were purchasing an older house that had been moved to a new location and completely overhauled inside and out.. Jim is the best!
I was pretty sure from my first phone conversation with him that he was the inspector for me, but after working with him, I was truly confident in my choice. My realtor, too, said she would recommend him.
Not only for his knowledge, attention to detail(the drone work was a sweet add on) and patience in explaining things, but for his general attitude toward his work.
