Alaska Computer Support is amazing. I contacted them after spending hours both myself and on a chat with Microsoft to repair my outlook email account. It turned out to be very complicated but they got it to work and I am so grateful. They are reasonably priced and get the job done. I plan to call them in the future for help rather than spending fruitless hours trying to get my devices to work. Life is too short to spend hours of total frustration. So understanding, knowledgeable, and kind! I went to their store with my computer broken and was terrified because I am a student at UAA and am taking 5 online classes. They looked at my computer and told me it was gone because it had overheated due to not being cleaned. In the most compassionate act imaginable, they gave me a loaner computer so I could do my school work and only asked that I return it once I get a new computer. I couldn't believe it, these people truly are wonderful. They are highly educated in technology and are SO understanding of your situation. I am going to continue to return to them for years to come because of their timeliness, kindness, education in the field, and experience. Best Computer Repair store I've ever gone to by far. PLEASE Pick them over Best Buy who will send your computer off to God knows where for a month and it'll come back more broken than before (this happened to me three times in the past).

Been looking for a good place to take my electronics and wow did these guys set me and my son up! Took my sons old Frankenstein computer in and they called me back with total upgrade computer with game specs for way under the worth price. Will definitely be taking all my electronics here from now on.
