I did my new home inspection at month 11 in November 2024.

The inspector 'accommodated' me within his other appointments.

Dude literally just walked around and said this "your new home is one of the best I have seen" - dude probably says this to every new home owner.

I had to tell him to look in the attic.

turned on the taps for about 30 seconds each. just visually inspects the electrical equipment installed in the home.

dude says nothing about the new home cracks - I had to bring it up to my builder about new cracks and they are going to fix them under warranty. This dude's report doesn't even mention cracks!

Please.... find someone who will inspect your home like a family member would care.

They don't even inspect the roof! Is this home inspection or just a walk around the house for $450

Dude writes a generic report! A report with pre-filled information and you have to find valuable information within the report that talks about the faults in the home!

I have no idea how these guys are in business and how they have so many positive stars...? are people just not paying attention?

Wonderful inspection with pure honesty along with good and bad information knowledge about the work performed by seller of the home I was looking at to buy. If seller will not fix what was pointed out in report I still feel confident in the home to purchase but know now I need to fix a few issues sooner than later.
