Started with them 2 years ago, for overflow work. Started off well, but while they pay well for travel jobs, they pay slow and at times, you have to chase your money. You have to call because your pay does not get deposited. I had no exposure to upper management, but I liked my direct manager, Lisa. However, she could not overcome issues with payroll, and I just had had enough. Your pay always lags a month, and there is no accountability on LC360, so that you can see at what stages your work is in QA. They had some interesting assignments, but it just didn't overcome the general lack of communication or timely pay. It's hard to stay excited and engaged when you're floating the work for a month. Toward the end, Lisa became totally unresponsive to emails or phone calls.

Never returns calls. Not helpful at all. But has time to send nonsense emails. Taking my money elsewhere ASAP!

Spoke to manager.. was very rude and disrespectful on phone. They treat their staff like your mother in law you really hate. Take your money somewhere else or it will end up in their personal pockets.

Please do not waist your time with this company!!!! The owner is shady and he treats his staff poorly. There is no telling when your inspections will be done because of the poor organization and lack of management skills that the owner has. Please go elsewhere with your hard earned money!!
