Whitney Morgan, associate attorney, is super unprofessional. I spoke to Whitney on February 10th regarding my situation to see if her office would accept my case. She agreed. The following day, February 11th, she asked me for additional information and I provided it via email. No response. I sent two additional emails providing more information regarding the matter and still no response. It is now April 10th and I have yet to hear anything back from this office or Whitney. This is not how you conduct business ma’am and you should know that. I shared some very touchy information with her and I know she read it but decided to not respond. She went cold turkey and I have no idea why. She could’ve informed me that she wouldn’t be able to work my case any longer and I would’ve moved forward with a different office. I ended up doing that anyway and he jumped on my case quicker than I could blink an eye. Blessing in disguise. Thanks, but no thanks Whitney! Do better.

Mr Arnold took on a case for my wife and myself when a few other attorneys would not. He was always available if we had questions or concerns, he kept us informed if there was any developments. Both of us had rather difficult cases but Mr Arnold advised us in our best interest even if it meant he would not get to settle my case and not receive a fee.
Mr Arnold was successful with my wife's case and we are very pleased.
