I am experienced seller and buyer and have never had such an awful and unethical handling of a title search and clsong procesz. They provided a check at closing that they cancelled and it took over two weeks to get paid. They did not wven call us. The were not good communicators. Avoid at all cost. On the plus side they brought fancy donuts to closing. Outside of the realtors view they were incompetent and rude.
