I returned my car through the American Lemon Law Group, LLP and I got the money back! It really works!
I had a problematic car which I took to the service 3 times for the same issue. In average the car spent over the month in the service which fits the requirement of the law in order to open the case

Everything was clearly explained on my lever of the Law knowledge.
