The Westmoreland County attorney handling my grandma's estate quit because it seemed like 'work'. After other local attorneys turned it down, I called American Wills & Estates in Pittsburgh and spoke with Lloyd Welling. Best decision I ever made! A difficult estate doesn't scare Lloyd off. He's not an attorney looking for an easy paycheck. He's very knowledgeable, hard working and will properly guide you. Not to mention, his fees are very reasonable! The original attorney, that quit, was charging twice as much. Thank you Lloyd! It's been a pleasure!

My experience with American Wills & Estates was excellent. Lloyd and Judy were able to hammer out a well crafted will, durable power of attorney, and medical durable power of attorney documents in record time. I had the documents in hand when I left the office - and my whole experience was less than two hours. I expected that I would have to return for the documents at a later date (which occurred with the previous two law firms that had drafted the now outdated versions of these documents) but that was not the case. Also, Lloyd was entertaining to talk with about a whole bunch of things.

You will find Lloyd a knowledgeable and no nonsense attorney who listens and then advises accordingly how to move forward in the protection of your estate. He simplified my entire estate plan, got the new documents in place immediately and I was on my way at the fraction of the cost of the high priced, ill advising attorneys who can easily take advantage of vulnerable clients.
