This company is a scam. They send generic emails with misspelled words and don't advocate for you. When they receive a response, they simply say, "KDP is not going to reinstate your account." They don't take action, they just take your money and want you to disappear. Stay away!

I do not recommend using this company. The only thing that they are interested in is your money - not success

I will start with this: yes I agreed to the policies of the company to prepay and then wait for the magic to happen. I gave the team everything and suggested that I can work on anything they ask. So the team was receiving my full respect and trust.
The first issue happened when they told me I will be receiving each new POA in 48 hours, which actually did not happen as expected. After the first one, that was received on time, all others came to me in 4-5 days, which actually is not something that can be considered 48 hours.
After several rejections, I felt they are not interested in my success at all. Of course, money is received as a prepayment and it clearly states that there is no reimbursement.
To be honest, I would give you 2 stars, only because my issue was resolved at last, but why should I if that was not done by your team?

My experience I can rate as a 1 star, the appeals did not work, sometimes I did not even receive responses for my questions on emails.

Feels like company cares only about itself and they do not want your success, only your money. Ah and yes, I would never recommend using their services to anyone.

For me, my company is everything, for them it is just another received payment. Try avoiding this company not to feel the same way.

PS I am not telling that appeals are bad. I am telling that the service is awful and does not cost the amount
