Update: AND stood behind their work, returned at no cost, and fixed the problem. It was the same technician with the same friendly attitude. Completed the work fast and apologized for the work not being done correctly.

Super fast service—for me, it was the same day. The technician was friendly, but I have a problem because the toilet has not been repaired correctly. $420 later, it is still rocking but worse. I called the technician about an hour ago and will give it another hour before calling the office.

Jim's scheduled me the same day with no hassle. Nick responded quickly and assessed the situation. He recommended that I get a septic clean out, and didn't charge me. he also recommended Brooks Septic & Plumbing who scheduled me early the following week. I was very happy with AND'S service .... Following up. Brooks cancelled, I ended up with Browns septic who did a great job. Would recommend Brown septic in silver springs.

Steve Parsons (senior plumber) did a wonderful job at my home. Very professional and caring. Cleaned my gutters out while he was on my roof. Installed a new water heater for me and found a dangerous gas leak in my furnace that he also took care of same day. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced and friendly plumber.

And I must add, Steve was not only helpful, but he is also a good looking, knowledgeable, and kind gentleman.

Let’s do the bad news first. I set an appointment for 3-5PM. The office called the day before to ensure I would be home. They even called the day of the appointment to ensure we’re still good for that afternoon. All three times they stated the technician would call to inform me they were on the way. No phone call and no technician. Thanks for wasting my time, obviously you don’t consider my time valuable.
The next day, the office calls me to set another appointment, which we accomplish. The office apologized for the lack of communication, stating the technician called them to say he couldn’t make it and they failed to pass along the message! Sorry, folks but you have me wait for a four hour period then can’t make it. I can only imagine what would have happened if I did the same to you.
Other than that, the technician arrived within the four window and completed the job. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thomas was made the maintenance visit quick and efficient. I highly recommend Thomas as he is an outstanding technician.

I highly recommend AND services. I had them come out to check on my AC issue as well as my hot water heater issue, and they had everything fixed and installed the following day! I now have the correct size AC unit for my home which has significantly lowered my electric bill and my hot water heater is amazing and hot again! Thy were referred by Home Depot about two years ago and I can tell that they did a good job. Few months ago I had an incident but they fix it. Yesterday I called them because one the AC vents were detached and I was able to see the outside from the vent. I called them and they were here in less than two hours. The vent was fixed within 30 mins.
I recommend this company if need AC installation and service.
