Extremely rude employees. Called to collect debt that I asked them to call me back on because I was at work at the moment. They never called. They called this afternoon to ask for a payment. When I was talking to the rep, I explained to her that I never received a follow up call or any letters that she mentioned. She told me that I would not receive a call from a collection agency (not true but whatever) and that I should have gotten the letter with a number to call. Again, no letter. When I let her know I could not call because I had no number or information, she said I could save their number and then proceeded to hang up on me before I could give her any payment information. When I called back, the receptionist laughed when I asked to speak to her. The lady they connected me with then proceeded to have a VERY condescending attitude towards me. They really need to work on their customer service or get new people that know how to talk to customers.

I called mr Armstrong's office to enquire about a call missed. I didn't know the number was from office until I called the number back.
A lady answered the phone and I who she was she this is Gordan Armstrong's office you should know who this is we called you earlier. And hungup in my face. I tried calling back but know one answer. Be prepared to be treated badly if you call his number.

Everything was fine but after month calling them to find out about my brother case Mr. Armstrong never called me, he was recommended by another attorney in Miami but just did not care about our case after a while, thanks God our case was complete but communication was terrible not professional at all and never return my calls, I think the main thing is your clients. I do not recommend him as attorney.

Very rude people here. Called about a bill for my mother that passed and of course they don't care about anyone but there self. Wanted to know how I was gonna pay it lol.
