The whole team at Aronberg and Aronberg from David, to Jesse Young his litigating attorney, their staff Edy and Sarah, down to the receptionist are all extremely professional and responsive. While the insurance company was only offering us a very token (insulting) sum for our losses, Jesse worked really really hard to get us a just settlement for our damages and injuries, we didn’t have to go to court thank goodness. They were all very good communicators every step of the process, and I was not a laid back client to deal with! Their final expenses were very reasonable. David also referred us to the “diminished value” attorney, which we didn’t even know about, to help us get separate compensation due to the loss of value to our auto should we ever sell it since it’s now been in an accident, Evan Ostfeld, so the whole experience went really well and I’d recommend any one retain David Aronberg and his firm should they suffer a personal injury.

A gentleman not paying attention hit my corolla with his Ram 1500 from behind as traffic ahead was slowing down due to some vehicles making a left turn. So now my world changed a bit as I started feeling low back sciatic pain and had no car since it was totaled. I knew it was a hard hit and needed a lawyer( Mind you, I'm not a fan of 96.5% of lawyers), however I did not want a cowboy with huge firms that subcontracts lawyers to claim they have over 200 lawyers, plus I know I'd just be a number to them with no personal attention, but did not want a small firm that lacks the essential resources either, so I asked my sister in-law and she recommended Aronberg and Aronberg because she was a former happy client. So I looked into their size and reviews and they seemed right so I called Aronberg and Aronberg and spoke to Sara F. who right away asked me a few questions, a picture of accident report and she did the rest, such as making doctor's appointments, diagnostic testing, therapy appointments, and took care of my hospital and insurance bills thus removing stress so I can concentrate on healing and getting better. Even when Sara was home suffering from a bad cold she still stayed on top of my case moving forward.
After a short six months I felt better, and at that time my car was repaired and both Sarah and David sent me a very generous settlement offer that far exceeded my expectations. For me Aronberg and Aronberg acted with such professionalism and genuine compassion that I would use them again and am highly recommending them to anybody involved in any car accident. I must confess David made my short 3.5% list of lawyers I actually like.
