I engaged Arvanitakis Law Group to assist in the creation of a residential lease document. I can say that Dina and her team are a pleasure to work with. Dina brought ideas and examples, based on her many years of experience, that I had never considered. Previously I was using an example that I had found online, but the new document covers many more legal matters and ensures the best interests of both the landlord and the tenant.
