The management company I work for has used Association Legal Services to collect delinquent debts for 3-4 years now. We have been extremely happy with their services and quick responses to emails and phone calls. They are on top of the collection procedure and those people who gave a bad review should wake up and pay their assessments on time and there wouldn't be a problem. ASL has collected many of our outstanding delinquent accounts and significantly reduced our Accounts Receivable amounts. Thanks, ASL!

I've been a CAM for almost ten years and have used Association Legal Services for several of the properties that I've managed. My associations have used their document revision services, the "prepaid" services, and the collections services. I can't recommend them highly enough. I've always gotten a response back quickly, even if it's to say that they're researching my issue. The negative reviews appear to be residents that were in collections, so I would take those for what they are. Of course they are going to charge for their services - like any other business. Legal fees aren't based on how much you owe ... either you owe the association money or you don't.

Charge $600 collection fees for $100 HOA invoice. Reporting these crooks to Florida Bar Association and Better Business Bureau. Phone number disconnected. Oh and $240 per letter if they respond to you. Leland Wilson belongs in prison.

This company should be out of business. Be aware don’t try to call them to resolve anything, they will charge you $350.00 per hour. I have never in my life been treated so badly. Any condo association that uses their services are just as bad. The owner of this establishment should be in jail for corrupt practices!
