Absolutely the best shop I’ve ever dealt with hands down. They put their customers first and do what is absolutely best for them. Absolutely the nicest people with unbelievable prices. Excellent service, fair prices, friendly and kind. We had a car that needed tires asap and we were far from home - they got us right in and taken care of with quality service and reasonable prices. Could not recommend this store LESS!!
They take advantage of the less fortunate, over charge for subpare work, they DO NOT communicate well with customers, and some of their employees can't even diagnose a problem properly.
They will take your money, and quite possibly make the problem WORSE.
The word around town, is that they are NOT TO BE TRUSTED unless you have money to spare, and LOTS of it.
You're better off getting your cousin to figure it out, at least when they mess up, you won't be left HIGH AND DRY.

These folks went WAY beyond to repair my vehicle properly. After their supplier supplied *two sets* of defective parts, they ordered Nissan OEM parts, which the supplier was required to pay for. The whole process lasted a month, and they persevered to completion. You are in good hands with At the Bay Automotive.

I appreciate the help from these fine people at At The Bay. I live in Texas and I had to solve a flat tire issue for my mom in FFB. Had the tire dropped off with them and today the owners (I apologize greatly that I never got their names) said they would gladly run it to my moms home and put it back on her vehicle. I am grateful that they made it easy on me and I look like a hero to her. Ha ha. Win - win. Thank you guys.
