I’m updating my review to reflect the continued lack of responsiveness from Carl Lamb and his office. Despite his suggestion in his response on this review to contact him via email as stated in his response to my initial review, I did so, and once again, I was ignored. This reinforces my belief that his response on Google Reviews was purely for public relations and not a genuine effort to resolve my concerns.

To reiterate: Carl Lamb never rendered any meaningful services for me. I was charged over $4,000, and despite shaking my hand and assuring me that the $150 credit card processing fee would be waived—hand shakes where I'm from are honored—he reneged on this promise.

Initially, Carl came across as knowledgeable and amicable, but he was extremely difficult to contact when it mattered most. I paid him $5,000 to handle my upcoming hearing. He promised to file an appearance on my behalf but didn’t. He also promised to meet with me before the hearing, which never happened. Worst of all, he didn’t show up for the hearing, leaving me to fend for myself in a critical legal situation.

Instead, Carl encouraged me to handle filings on my own, which resulted in a very negative outcome. His inaction and broken promises were not only disappointing but also had serious repercussions for my case. When I requested a refund, I only received a small portion back, despite his failure to deliver on his commitments.

I am honestly baffled by the glowing five-star reviews. My experience was the complete opposite. The money I paid him could have gone toward supporting my children, but instead, I’m left with regret for trusting him with such an important matter.

I cannot recommend Carl Lamb based on my experience. If you value communication, accountability, and follow-through, look elsewhere. I recommend Ben Niehoff or Justin Harrison if you are a father looking for a resolution in custody case.
