Although they were able to get some information. Not what I was hoping for but can't blame them because found out in the last 2 weeks they weren't in the area during this time. My son has been missing for 2 weeks and foul play suspected. Called on 10/13 and 10/14 never called back. Would have thought I'd at least get a call back after working the case. That hurts.

We were so grateful for the help we received from Jax and his team. Even though our case wasn't as serious as others they deal with, it was incredibly personal to us and pretty unique. Jax always showed empathy and compassion, taking the time to thoroughly research details to ease our minds.
