I hired Baber &Baber after a pretty traumatic event landed me in jail. I thought they would just do their job get me a decent plea, and we would all be on our way. I was far off base. Brad and his team went above and beyond what I ever expected. They really made me feel like part of their family! It's been a month since my last court date and they still check in on me to see if I need anything. I didn't think a criminal lawyer could do so much to improve my life in ways that didn't even relate to my case, but they took the time to really get to know me and my family. Not that I plan to ever get in trouble again, but I highly recommend Baber & Baber if you get in trouble. You may hire Brad or Zack, but in reality you are hiring the whole team, a family who makes you feel secure, and taken care of. Brad took one of the toughest times in my life and made me feel like it was genuinely going to be okay. They have so many resources to refer you to. Walking into court on sentencing day, I walked in with the biggest support system someone could ask for. They have been a godsend in my life and I could thank them all a million times and still feel like I haven't thanked them enough. I love how he ends his meetings in prayers♥️ Thank you for everything, I love you guys♥️

These two individuals are probably the most positively influential people in my life. Zach represented me in my criminal case. Zach was court appointed for reasons so I wasn't paying him for his services, but that didn't matter to him. Zach treated it just as if he was getting paid by me. Zach was very understanding and supportive through out my case. I have Zach to thank for where I am today. His father Brad is just as great as him. Guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Would recommend these two for your best outcome.

WORST DONT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY! Baber Sr did ZERO but call me and read me the offer the prosecutor office sent over the day after I hired him Baber Senior told me I better take the deal. Baber Sr. Told me to take the deal which was jail time,fine, probation and I would have had a record!! Also in the consultation he said he was good friends with the prosecutor and that they went through High School together. Baber Sr said he required 1500 up front. This Attorney Baber Sr Didn’t fight for me, did not negotiate with prosecutors office just simply read me their offer, and strongly very strongly told me to take the deal. He obviously should of been looking out for my best interest, but threatened me that the prosecutor’s office could change the charges to a felony, and I could be looking at a felony with five years or more to pressure me to accept the first deal they offered!! Did NOT EVEN try to reply back with a counter offer to prosecutors office he told me I better accept this offer told me if we went to trial I would loose.
I immediately called an Attorney in Fort Wayne after short conversation with Fort Wayne Attorney I called back this Attorney (the Senior Baber) I fired him told him he was obviously not looking out for my best interest BABER Sr REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY REFUND!! This Attorney spent maybe one hour in the “free” consultation then called me read to me the offer on phone 15 minutes and he KEPT ALL my 1500 HARD EARNED money that I PUT DOWN!!! Exactly how do you charge anyone 1500 bucks for a free one hour and one 15 minute phone call? I also sent a letter requesting a refund and got zero response and zero back.
My New Attorney from FORT WAYNE GOT THE CASE DROPPED!zero jail, zero record!! He did his job and negotiated with the prosecutor’s office !!!!!The FORT WAYNE ATTORNEY Only cost me $700 total Fort Wayne Attorney said this Attorney Baber Sr is obviously NOT Ethical and owed me a full refund told me to report him to the Bar Association. Not right to use fear tactic to scare me into accepting a terrible deal that obviously was ridiculous and not in my best interest!!
