We initially were advised by another law firm to file 7 Bankruptcy, but 5 months after starting the process were told that our assets were too high that we would have to file for chapter 11 and would have use another lawyer. When we contacted Balbus we were advised that Connecticut had increased the homestead exemption last year and that we would qualify for chapter 7 based the information provided.

Andrew was very efficient in collecting information, preparing and filing the bankruptcy petition and his knowledge of bankruptcy law was outstanding. Balbus law is highly recommended.
