Barbara is one of only three lawyers in my 45 years who I can say I enjoyed paying the retainer. Actually she offered to pay it first once because I needed help. I have been around the block and due to the nature of my work and lifestyle have had to employ many lawyers to avoid both unfair and horrible outcomes. The advice alone comes immediately and the stress and anxiety one feels when they realize they need a lawyer NOW, melts away.

Confident and competent are the two words I can say best describe her, her team, and myself once in her council. I live in Chicago but my interests in SWFL are well looked after by her.

Fun Facts, she is a family lawyer and her clerk couldn’t find care for her infant so Barbara allowed and encouraged the baby to receive care in the office.

Barbara is a crew chief for hot air balloons and her husband a commercial balloon pilot in the area.

I can’t think of anyone else I know or am friends with that has a family lawyer who flys balloons in her free time.

Still wondering Why...
The Justice system in Florida is so short of True Justice.
They can take Children from a loving Father and put that child through tormentation and betrayal.
VENGEANCE IS MINE SAYETH THE LORD, I SHALL REPAY.
I'll be waiting for that day and doing all to stand for my love of The Law and to see Justice paid to all those who participated and did not do ALL that they could have and should have and watch a child ripped from the arms of a loving Family.

Barbara is worth every penny . She is amazing at what she does . After going through hell with 2 previous attorneys that cost me thousands and did nothing, I finally found Barbara. I was just days away from a tpr trial and pregnant w my son. The state was going to let me keep my unborn child but terminate rights to my four year old . I was so confused and hurt, it was a total nightmare . Now my whole family is together and case is closed. Barbara is confident in the court room, smart, and loyal . I felt she had my back every step of the way. I recommend her for all family legal matters

My husband and I needed advice regarding a family issue. Barbara was not only professional but went above and beyond to explain what we would need to do, and added constant reassures in an obvious stressful time. She goes above and beyond for all of her clients constantly. Her paralegal/assistant, Page was also incredibly helpful. Answered all of my questions as best as she could as well as being very flexible. WONDERFUL.

She did nothing for us, in fact later I did exactly all she did for me for free. It did not cost me a dime to put a motion in. We flew there from Oregon to go to court and after we were done she was extied about not even having to say anything in court. As far as I'm concerned she took my 2500.00 to do nothing.
