This office struggled with "internet" problems that caused a huge delay in communication. I would have to reach out through email and phone messages to confirm if I was being sent emails or if my emails were being received. Professional interactions, however, Mr. Rogers seems to be too busy to properly communicate with clients. He seems passionate but unable to fully commit to clients. I had to go another legal route due to the lack of communication.

Reached out to Bethany J Roberts and left a voicemail because even the legal assistant whom I got transferred to by the receptionist could not provide me with information. I was going to inquire about limited scope representation (Bethany's name was on a list of recommended attorneys I obtained from Douglas Co. District Court) but I'm assuming they aren't in a rush to help people like me, which is fine. What I'm not OK with is with people who can't do a follow up call to let me know if that is the case or not. There's a reason most people dread having to engage attorneys.

The BK Attorney, Calvin Karlin, at this law firm is very unprofessional and rude. Calvin called me after I left a message with the receptionist, only to ask questions that did not pertain to the service needed. He then said he wasn't interested and hung up while I was talking. I have never received such poor treatment from an attorney. I would never recommend an attorney who conducts himself this way.
