Great place very friendly. Update on this review - well I guess I spoke to soon. So I guess I waisted three days of work to do all the leg work on this job . Then they go ghost . I was under the impression the job was a go and then ? Don't know I emailed called and texted them . NO reply
Guess they don't understand time is money! This is why everything is so expensive these days. I can not stay in business driving around for nothing. I would not do business with this company !

I HAVE HAD THE MOST UNFORTUNATE INTERACTIONS OR SHOULD I SAY LACK OF RESPONSE FROM THIS WORLWIDE BASED COMPANY. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RATIFY SOME CERTIFICATION FROM THE 16.09.2023 BUT HAVE HAD NO SUCCESS WHATSOVER. I HAVE EVEN EMAILED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES BEFORE WRITING ON THIS PLATFORM AND STILL NO RESPONSE. HOW SHOULD I PROCEED WITH MY VERIFICATION PROCESS SO THAT I COULD ENSURE PROPER SUPPLIER SELECTION. I ALSO MENTIONED IN MY MAIL THAT WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE OUR PRODUCTS TESTED AT THEIR FACILITIES AND HAVE SINCE OPTED FOR INTERTEK DUE TO THIS POOR EXPERIENCE. I HAVE TICKED 1 STAR SERVICE RATING AS I COULD NOT POST OTHERWISE, NO STAR RATING IS MOST APPROPRIATE.I AM PART OF A FOOTWEAR FEDERATION IN SA AND PART OF THE GREATER TRADE AND INDUSTRY SECTOR IN KZN SOUTH AFRICA AND WOULD ADVISE THE ENTIRE FEDERATION OF OUR DISSATISFACTION IN DEALING WITH BACL AND TO IN FUTURE NOT CONSIDER ANY SUPPLIER USING BACL AS THE LINES OF COMMUNICATIONS ARE VERY POOR. IN THE SAME PERIOD I HAVE HAD PROPMPT RESPONSES FROM INTERTEK.
