Wade and his staff have been amazing! We came from Colorado and needed to update our trust. This was a very easy process, thoroughly explained, and we truly appreciate all of their communication and assistance in making sure we have all of our assets properly taken care of for ourselves and family. My wife was looking for some help regarding her brother who has paranoid schizophrenia. He is currently in TX but we are trying to get him to FL and needed some guidance regarding guardianship or being his caretaker. Michelle was very rude and absolutely no bedside manner! She was talking down to my wife and made her feel stupid for not knowing what she needed to do. Of course we have no idea what to do and it is a sensitive matter! Michelle should not have this job!😡
