I request record sensing danger since heard that they can use outdated information to declare without my knowledge and have submitted to other agencies untrue diagnosis. New case manager has to request for weeks until I finally contacted a white dove manager. Since 1/31/2024 first time meeting new case manager Henrietta just to converse recently life events and schedule a meeting.
Notified the next day of New beginnings (B.H.S) trying to submit without notifying me be condition Personality D/O them again 2-13 to Mountain view Anxiety w/ depression and having substance abuse problem I don't believe ? could be considered this. M.View was confused as well since I already had case manager.
There is no help with patient advocates I literally watched them write down when I brought this concern up write mental state narcissistic check review for Huhkum memorial hospital. 1 star until the truth known.
