I sued my trustee/ mother to compel documents to the trust I'm listed on as beneficiary. My trustee hired Eugene Beil to represent her and the trust to oppose me, which is a gross conflict of interest. He should have worked to have the trust settled correctly as outlined in uniform trust code. Instead he filed and helped my trustee get a restraining order against me, the trust beneficiary for cyber stalking over my sending said trustee a certified letter containing a cure notice to produce trust documents I should have received in 1999 when the trust was created. He then conspired with the judge to try to block my lawsuit. He then withdrew citing an undisclosed "ethical conflict". I'm a totally disabled person that's been homeless on the streets for over five years now. I'll be filing a bar complaint as soon as I am able.

It wasn't so much that we hated them. We just thought they were more knowledgeable about the bankruptcy/foreclosure process and as it turned out we paid them to do a job, which was to save our home. The attorney did not have any of the paperwork completed for the first court date and missed every deadline the mortgage company set for us to have the chance to remain in our families property. I ended up doing most of the research to find all of this out. We are now renting a home, which is something my mother has NEVER had to do. Unfortunately he was negligent in doing what he was paid to do, however we liked them as people very much.

I had an elder relative who had few relatives, and the ones she did have were all at a distance or unable to assist. So as a concerned cousin I stepped in, though not familiar with her existing plans. When I asked her of any existing plans, she denied having any. Later I learned that Attorney Beil had previously been handling my relatives end-of-life protocols. But my relative never told me that, due to dementia. Once I learned of Attorney Beil he handled my relative with personal concern, professionalism, and thoroughness. It is absolutely critical Family members know of an Elders End of Life Plans. My dad passed away in march, his ashes were supposed to be paid for so was his urn yet I had to pay for his ashes to be sent to me and it was sent in 3 bags in one plastic box. Everytime I called nobody at the desk had answers they said we will call you back yet I got no call back until they needed something from me. Now the last thing that needs to be done is not getting done. They don't respond to emails unless your paying them, they never call back. The girls in the office seem like they don't know what they are doing or have no knowledge of how to do they're job. My dad always said how this man was his friend he's so nice he spoke so highly of him and the ppl in the office...if he could see what is going on now. I feel like because of his money this is being dragged out. I hate feeling this way about ppl but the track record of this man is proving my feelings to be right. For once I believe my dad was wrong...sad very sad
