I wanted to update my review as there has been a great deal of change since my last post. After several Managers have come and gone, the BellaVista team hired an All Star named Bradley. He is a great manager, he has worked hard at cleaning up the complex and hired an amazing Maintenance team member. He responds right away and both have fixed all my issues in an expeditious manner. If you are looking for a nice well maintained home, try Bella Vista. Ask for Bradley and you won't be disappointed.

I’ve live at Bella vista for 2 1/2 years now with my daughter. I love that there is a washer/ dryer unit and big patios! I have one if the enclosed patios and I live it! Diana is our manager now and she awesome she keeps you up to date on everything and Oscar the maintenance guy is very helpful!! My neighbors are very friendly and respectful of your privacy!! It’s a place to call home!!

My mother in law has lived in these apartments for the past 15 years and we loved the atmosphere so much and all the amenities that my husband and I decided to move in as well. The staff is friendly and I love the fact that we have our own washer and dryer on the porch. We happen to live in an upstairs unit so we are blessed with vaulted ceilings as well this adds space and ambiance to the unit which I absolutely love. The location is great close to the freeway and near my gym. We are so happy here.

This is a great place to live. I love that we have a washer/dryer in our unit. And that it's a gated community. The manager Diana is wonderful! She is very attentive and has been very helpful when I have questions/concerns.

I have lived ar Bella Vista for over2 years. It is a nice place to live. It is close to my work,restaurants and the beach. I love my apt. It is a very spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath. I have to say the area has improved in the last 2 years. The new management team does a very good job and cares about the property. They are very efficient. I love having a washer and dryer in my apt. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

When my husband died in 2013 my children wanted me to move to Vista to be closer. I have a daughter who lives in Vista and she spent a lot of time scouring the area for just the right place for me. She finally decided upon Bella Vista Apartments, and I moved here before having seen the place myself. May I say I couldn't be happier with her decision. My accommodations leave nothing to be desired; I have everything I need or want at my disposal. And to top it off, the manager, Dana, has constantly proven her professional managerial abilities as well as her evident great sense of responsibity and care toward her duties here. Each time I have required some repair work seen to, it has been immediately tken care of, followed by her inquiries as to the quality of the work performed and my satisfaction with it. She exudes confidence and a professional warmth in all her endeavors as I have encountered them. I have told everyone I know that I feel fortunate to have found Bella Vista Apartments and definitely recommend it.
