Amy and Jim (and their team) are accomplished attorneys along with their friendly, responsive staff and are competent in their craft. Most of all, they are honest people who truly are interested in the best outcome for their clients life. I am a legal professional and work with attorneys all day, but engaged them for a personal matter. Having worked with attorneys for over a decade, trust me when I say that it's hard to find the combination of compassion and competence, however you will find it here.

Honestly, it's nice that I didn't have to deal with the court and they handled it. Where they lost me was they sent me paperwork for someone else's case, when I reached out through their app they did not reply. I sent an email and again, no reply. I called them and they were able to answer my question. Later I had a question about dates and again no reply and I had to call. Theb, they quoted me wrong on how much my ticket cost and when I went to pay it was a different price. Once again, I sent an email and no reply. I called and they said they were not sure how it happened. Overall I was not impressed with how they handled mistakes and the fact that it was difficult to get them to reply.
