I highly recommend Berger and Green. Choosing them to represent my disability case was one of the best decisions of my life. I cannot say enough about how professional and compassionate the staff was from the beginning of the process to the end.
I am beyond grateful to Mark Malak who represented me. He took the time to get to know me as a person and listened with compassion to the challenges my disability causes me on a daily bases. He is sharp, knowledgeable and studied the case to bring out a favorable result. I also want to give a special thank you to Marena, the Sr. Hearing Legal Assistant, for taking care of my concerns. She was amazing and always got back to me expeditiously.
