Beth Branham Law is one of the best law firms I have ever dealt with! The attorney, paralegal, and staff make an amazing group who are well skilled in family court litigation. Beth is the very best Guardian ad litem in South Carolina! She is highly respected by many family law attorneys and the judges who appoint her. She tirelessly defends the children she represents. Her paralegal, BobbiAnn, was always responsive and helpful anytime I reached out. In fact, it was always quicker and easier to get a response from Beth's office than it was from my own attorney. As a Guardian ad litem, she is not always well-liked by both parents since one will likely not get what they want. It is unfortunate that many of the individuals posting reviews are the parents who were not on the "winning" side of their case. Beth's job as a Guardian ad litem is to make sure that the children are the ones winning in the case, which she does quite well. She did an amazing job connecting with my children and ensuring that their best interests were being served. She went above and beyond the call of duty in my case. I am glad she was appointed as the Guardian ad litem for my children and would definitely recommend her to anyone else going through a custody case. I am a dad with custody of my children first and foremost. My attorney likes using Beth because she is fair, and balanced. Beth is a smart lady so when someone is trying to put on a front for the courts Beth will see through it. The review giving her one star was nothing more than a mother trying to use the children to get back at the father which unfortunately you see all too often nowadays when someone is bitter. If you're doing the right thing for your children then Beth is the lady you want, because she will do her due diligence. If you're a horrible person then don't hire Beth, because she will find out.

This lady will not look into both sides of picture. She is going to work for the hiring lawyer side for sure. A GAL is suppose to be fair and look at what's represented, call people that can give site on what they know about the party. She done none of this, she called 15 of my witnesses rest she wrote up unable to reach. Which was a lie one attempnwas made. I'd definitely look out for a better Gal and be sure to read reviews before make a choice.
