Reached their office every week for four weeks. Third attempt I even left a detailed message with the receptionist and was assured Bob would call me. After having to become terse, I was finally put through to the assistant who was never at her desk. Where I was informed that they were too busy. Why could I have not been told this four weeks ago?
Unprofessionalism seems to accompany a bit of contempt or at least indifference. I’ve lost four weeks trying to reach out to this firm. Perhaps you will have better luck. Back to square one now.
